Pandemic life: How much do you sleep?
By Denisse Sanchez

According to media companies like Sleep Foundation, individuals have a harder time getting sleep and have affected their daily lives ever since the pandemic. Anxiety, social distancing, school/working from home, depression, and excess screen time are just a few things that make it difficult for people to get sleep.
These challenges also occur when you don’t have a set schedule or when changing up your schedule a lot. Ever since Covid-19 started, sleeping has decreased tremendously. Many suffer from sleep deprivation, stress, and others have isolated themselves completely from the world.
In conclusion, it is important to get sleep during these uncertain times because it causes humans to become weaker and it may cause many side effects.
